When guys realize that they can’t last in bed most don’t think about how to train themselves to improve their ejaculatory control.
Instead, they usually search online for a quick fix such as a pill, a numbing spray or even try to get a prescription for SSRI medication.
But the problem with all these so-called treatments is that not one of them delivers a permanent solution that allows you to just forget about premature ejaculation and just move on with your life.

I have personally tried many premature ejaculation exercises and I can tell you that there are some very effective exercises and some that really are a waste of time, energy, and effort.
This is why it’s important to choose a good program and to follow all the exercises.
I personally chose the Ejaculation Freedom program developed by Dan Becket and think that is the superior program available on the market. But Beyond Delay is also very good and appears to have many fans, especially in the younger age bracket.

1. Visualization Premature Ejaculation Exercises
When I first read the description of these exercises in my ejaculation freedom training program I seriously thought about skipping them.
I wanted to get to what I thought was the much more important stuff.
But the visualization methods turned out to be the most powerful and I still use these methods each time I have sex and they are still very effective.
What this methods really do is take some concepts from traditions such as yoga, and Buddhist meditation, strip them of all the religious or spiritual overtones and give you just the effective stuff that you actually need.
For me, these visualizations would get me right into the present and would stop me from worrying about my performance. You could call it getting into the zone.
And once I got into this space-time would go much more quickly and often before I even knew it, I’d been going for 10 or 15 minutes.
2. Edging Exercises To Help You Last Longer
Edging exercises are by far the most important premature ejaculation exercise because when you do your edging training you are at the same time practicing all the other techniques and methods.
It’s like a “sandpit” where you can practice, refine and master all the techniques before you try them out during real sex.
Many guys make the mistake of just starting their edging exercise before learning any other techniques but this Is a huge waste.
3. Anal Sphincter Trainaing
This one sounds kinda gross (sorry about that) and its name is “the anal wink” which, let’s be honest, is also pretty freaky.
But despite the name, I found that by completing the Anal Sphincter training section of the Ejaculation Freedom program I could get really good at stopping myself from reaching the point of no return.
I actually found this much more effective than Kegels exercises which some places recommend.
How To Start Training Yourself To Last Longer
The best thing about doing some premature ejaculation exercises is that it’s soo easy to get started.
All you need is 30 minutes to yourself, some privacy, and a good program that you can easily download online such as Ejaculation Freedom. You don’t need to tell anyone about it though hopefully, your partner will soon realize that something has changed.
